TAORMINA JEWELRY is an artisan lab and our Jewelry is totally made to order and specifically crafted for you, We normally ship in 1-2 weeks, (depending on the shopping season, we could ship earlier).
Domestic orders ships USPS First Class
International orders ships UPS Express Saver.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS?

• ORDER CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your order, you have 24h to do so. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this time frame.

• RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We pride our selves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item to us within 7 Days of Delivery. Since the item was "made to order", we do not offer refunds but it can be exchanged for another item/s of equal or greater value or for a store credit. Store credit can be redeemed any time in our online shops.

​DOES YOUR JEWELRY EVER TARNISH?

Stainless Steel 316 needs little maintenance, it's waterproof, will never tarnish and is not subjected to oxidation. You can wear our jewelry 24h even in shower and swimming pool.

Note: always after showers and swim in salty water, rinse your Stainless Steel Jewelry with freshwater, soap and wipe them off.

DOES YOUR JEWELRY GIVE ALLERGENIC REACTIONS?

Taormina only use high grade Stainless Steel 316 which is Hypoallergenic and tarnish free. We have been in business for 15 wonderful years and so far no one ever complained about allergenic reactions.

​I RECEIVED THE ORDER, BUT I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE.. NOW WHAT?

If after receiving your order, (tension set rings, necklaces, bracelets) you realized that you need a different size, please Contact us, and we will start the exchanging process. Resizing fee may apply.

Note: if the wrong size is do to an error on Our side, the resize will be free of charge.

​CAN I ORDER ANY SIZES OF RING, NECKLACE'S AND BRACELET'S?

Most of the Time yes. All our jewelry are Made To Order, so if you desire to order different sizes/proportions, from what is offered in listing page, please write desired length or quarter and half size variation in the "message to seller" during check out.
Note: We like to keep our jewelry prices the same regardless the different dimensions.

Taormina Jewelry is totally handmade and specifically crafted for you. Our jewelry are assembled and formed by hand rather than through the use of machines. According to the guidelines of the FTC, in order to be called Handmade the work must be made solely by hand power or hand guidance, also means that jewelry may be made using drills, lathes, polishers, or other machinery, but it must be guided by human hand. Findings, clasps, joints, hinges, mounting... from Our Jewelry Catalog are individual work of art, designed by Vincenzo Taormina Master Jeweler and handcrafted by him in his studio in Philadelphia.

We want you to enjoy your Taormina jewelry for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply contact Us, and ​let's discuss what kind of services needs to be done, and consequentially ship the item to our studio.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take one to two weeks after which, we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take “time owned” as well as “condition received” into consideration when evaluating a piece.
