TAORMINA JEWELRY is an artisan lab and our Jewelry is totally made to order and specifically crafted for you, We normally ship in 1-2 weeks, (depending on the shopping season, we could ship earlier).
Domestic orders ships USPS First Class
International orders ships UPS Express Saver.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS?

• RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We take pride in offering the highest quality craftsmanship and materials. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 7 days of delivery.
Note that since each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value, or receive a store credit.
Store credit never expires and can be redeemed at any time through our online boutique. Buyers must contact us prior to returning any item.

• ORDER CANCELLATION: must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to submit the cancellation request within this time frame.

​DOES YOUR JEWELRY EVER TARNISH?

Stainless Steel 316 requires minimal maintenance. It is waterproof, will not tarnish, and is resistant to oxidation. Our jewelry is designed to be worn 24/7, including in the shower or swimming pool.

Note: After exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water, we recommend rinsing your stainless steel jewelry with fresh water, using a mild soap, and gently drying it with a soft cloth to maintain its original shine.

DOES YOUR JEWELRY GIVE ALLERGENIC REACTIONS?

Taormina Jewelry uses only high-grade 316 stainless steel, known for being hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, and tarnish-free.
We have proudly been in business for 15 years, and to date, we have never received a single complaint regarding allergic reactions.

Technical Note: 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, which enhances its resistance to corrosion, especially in salty or humid environments. It is commonly used in medical implants and marine-grade applications, making it exceptionally safe and durable for everyday wear—even for sensitive skin.

​I RECEIVED THE ORDER, BUT I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE.. NOW WHAT?

If, after receiving your order (tension-set rings, necklaces, bracelets), you realize that you need a different size, please contact us to initiate the exchange or resizing process.
Please note that a resizing fee may apply, as adjustments often require additional materials and labor hours.

Important: If the sizing issue is due to an error on our part, the resizing will be provided free of charge.

​CAN I ORDER ANY SIZES OF RING, NECKLACE'S AND BRACELET'S?

Most of the time, yes. All our jewelry is made to order, so if you wish to order different sizes or proportions than those offered on the listing page, please specify your desired length or quarter/half size variation in the “message to seller” box during checkout.

Note: We strive to keep our jewelry prices consistent, regardless of size variations.

Taormina Jewelry is entirely handmade and crafted specifically for you. Our pieces are carefully assembled and shaped by hand rather than mass-produced by machines.

According to FTC guidelines, to be classified as handmade, the work must be created primarily by hand power or hand guidance. This means that while tools such as drills, lathes, polishers, or other machinery may be used, they are always operated under the direct control of the artisan’s hands.

Every component—findings, clasps, joints, hinges, mountings—comes from our exclusive Jewelry Catalog and is a unique work of art, designed by Vincenzo Taormina, Master Jeweler, and meticulously handcrafted by him in his Philadelphia studio.

REPAIRS SERVICES

We want you to enjoy your Taormina jewelry for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply contact Us, and ​let's discuss what kind of services needs to be done, and consequentially ship the item to our studio.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take one to two weeks after which, we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take “time owned” as well as “condition received” into consideration when evaluating a piece.
