WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We don't believe in mass production. Instead, each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, made to order with meticulous care. All items arrive beautifully presented in a soft velvet pouch or an elegant gift box.

Creating timeless designs and flawless craftsmanship takes time. We carefully shape, finish, and inspect every detail to ensure the highest quality. For this reason, orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks. (During quieter periods, your order may ship sooner.)

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class.
International Orders: Shipped via UPS Express Saver.

Request within 24 hours of purchase for a full monetary refund.

• RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer monetary refunds for voluntary returns. Upon return, you will receive a one-time exchange for equal or greater value or Store Credit for the full purchase price.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER
If a package is returned due to a customer's non-collection or incorrect address: We refund the item value and tax only.

All costs incurred for the initial delivery attempt and the subsequent return shipping fees (RTS) will be deducted from the refund, This is non-negotiable.

TAORMINA JEWELRY is meticulously crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — a premium, hypoallergenic alloy renowned for its exceptional resistance to tarnish, corrosion, and oxidation. Unlike traditional metals, it retains its brilliance over time and requires virtually no maintenance.

Our pieces are engineered for 24/7 wear, including exposure to water, humidity, and daily elements — whether you're in the shower, at the gym, or swimming.

Care Tip: While our jewelry is built to endure, we recommend a quick rinse with fresh water and mild soap after contact with saltwater or chlorinated water. Gently dry with a soft cloth to maintain its pristine finish and mirror-like luster

DOES YOUR JEWELRY GIVE ALLERGENIC REACTIONS?

We exclusively use 316L high-grade stainless steel, a hypoallergenic, nickel-safe alloy that is exceptionally gentle on the skin and entirely tarnish-free.

With over 15 years of experience, we're proud to have never received a single report of allergic reactions—a testament to the purity and biocompatibility of our materials.

Our 316L stainless steel is alloyed with molybdenum, which significantly enhances its resistance to corrosion, especially in humid or saline environments. This medical-grade material, commonly used in surgical implants and marine applications, ensures unmatched durability, safety, and skin compatibility for even the most sensitive wearers.

I RECEIVED MY JEWELRY, BUT THE SIZE ISN’T QUITE RIGHT (RING, BRACELET, ETC.). CAN IT BE ADJUSTED?

Yes, we offer a resizing service for all our handcrafted pieces, including rings, bracelets, and necklaces.

Since each item is individually created to your specific order in our artisan studio, resizing is a delicate artisan process. It often requires deconstructing the piece and re-working the metal or stones to ensure the perfect fit without compromising the design’s integrity.

A Service & Craftsmanship Fee applies to cover the specialized labor and additional materials required for this custom reconstruction.

Note: If the sizing discrepancy is due to an error on our part, the service is, of course, complimentary.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM SIZES FOR RINGS, NECKLACES, AND BRACELETS?

Yes, in most cases. Because every piece is individually handcrafted and made to order, we're happy to accommodate custom sizes or proportions beyond our standard options.

To request a specific length or a quarter/half-size variation, simply leave a note in the "Message to Seller" box during checkout. We do our best to maintain consistent pricing, even for custom sizing, whenever possible.

​IS YOUR JEWELRY HANDMADE?

Taormina Jewelry is entirely handmade and crafted specifically for you. Our pieces are carefully assembled and shaped by hand rather than mass-produced by machines.

According to FTC guidelines, to be classified as handmade, the work must be created primarily by hand power or hand guidance. This means that while tools such as drills, lathes, polishers, or other machinery may be used, they are always operated under the direct control of the artisan’s hands.

Every component—findings, clasps, joints, hinges, mountings—comes from our exclusive Jewelry Catalog and is a unique work of art, designed by Vincenzo Taormina, Master Jeweler, and meticulously handcrafted by him in his Philadelphia studio.

REPAIRS SERVICES

We want you to enjoy your Taormina jewelry for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply contact Us, and ​let's discuss what kind of services needs to be done, and consequentially ship the item to our studio.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take one to two weeks after which, we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take “time owned” as well as “condition received” into consideration when evaluating a piece.

CAN I SEND YOU MY OWN GEMSTONE OR PEARL TO BE SET IN YOUR MOUNTINGS?

For quality assurance and design integrity, we do not work with pearls or gemstones provided by clients. Every stone used in our creations is carefully curated to meet our standards of beauty, durability, and compatibility with the setting. This ensures that each piece upholds its structural integrity and the refined craftsmanship that defines our work.
